Heater for jam / marmalades

The heater is used along baking lines for the preparation of jam and marmalade. A pump feeds the jam or marmalade through heated tubes. Static mixers ensure an excellent heat transfer and very short processing times.

Advantages:
- no elaborate handling of hot jam (safety at work)
- regular feeding at constant temperature
- individual use at different baking lines

Scope of supply:
- trolley, consoles and all pipes
- control
- hot water supply (temperature control by Regloplas).
