Fat-oil station

The fat-oil station is a compact appliance to melt down blocks of fat and admixing ingredients. The entire appliance is made of special steel and consists of three vessels:
- melting vessel (50 l) with heatable melting grate
- mixing vessel with mixer for the admixing of the ingredients
- buffer vessel (50 l) from which the spraying unit is fed

The buffer vessel holds the liquid fat ready for processing at a constant temperature. All components are arranged ready for connection on a base fram featuring four adjustable levelling pads. Regloplas equipment is used for water heating and temperature control.
