For the sterile closing of products in bags. The appliance meets the hygiene requirements.
The suspension can be adjusted to the bag size. 
Working principle:
- The bag is suspended, the appliance closes
- Air is evacuated from the chamber down to 35 mbar abs.
- Nitrogen overlay in bag to 750 mbar abs.
- Double heat sealing of the bag
- Drawer opening on reaching of the standard pressure
