Single - stage cooking plant

With the single-stage cooking plant, cooking and cooling of the product takes place in one and the same process tank.
This equipment is particularly suitable for smaller volumes and frequent recipe changes

Vertical cooking plant

This system consists of a vertical process tank with a mounted multi-tubular surface condenser. Heating and cooling are effected over the forcible circulation system of jacket and bottom base. A special coaxial stirring unit is responsible for the mixing task. The multi-tubular surface condenser provides an excellent cooling capacity.

Horizontal cooking plant

This type of system features a horizontal process tank. A special helical ribbon impeller ensures gentle mixing, in particular of lumpy products. Heating and cooling are effected over the forcible circulation system of the jacket and the pipe coil system of the helical ribbon impeller. At option this type of system can also be equipped with a multi-tubular surface condenser.
